Compensation: $20.35 per hour for all single client shifts. $22.35 for couples care shifts.

  • Flexible Schedules (all shifts at least 4 hours, days, evenings and overnights available)
  • “Shift Insurance” – If your shift is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time and we are unable to reschedule those hours, you will be paid the full amount that you were originally expecting.

  • Care is safely provided per CDC and Massachusetts DPH Covid guidelines (minimum one mask per shift provided)
  • Mobile app tracks scheduling, care plans, and clock-ins

Bonus Programs:

$4,000 Sign On Bonus

Guided Living has been approved by the Massachusetts Office of Labor and Workforce Development to participate in a new grant program. After 60 days of employment, Guided Living will process your $4,000 bonus payment through the state program.

The eligibility requirements for new employees are simple:

  • Remain in good standing as an active employee for 60 days
  • Work a minimum of 30 hours per week

$75 Education Bonus

  • Education Bonus for completing the initial training courses provided through our partner CareAcademy

$150 Referral Bonus

  • Introduce a caregiver friend to Guided Living and receive a $150 referral bonus after they work two full weeks

Spa Treatment Bonus

  • After your first shift is completed, we’ll book you a complimentary one hour spa treatment at any Massage Envy location.


Job Responsibilities: Provide or assist in Activities of Daily Living. Work cooperatively with client and family and share any observations or change in condition to the case manager. Work under the direction and supervision of a Nurse Care Manager. We are care partners to our clients and their families.

Job Requirements: Current CNA or Home Health Aide certificate. 1 year minimum experience required, home care preferred.

Covid Vaccination Requirement: This position requires applicants to be fully vaccinated and provide a copy of their vaccination card.
